How do I know when my order has been delivered?
You will receive a delivery confirmation by email once the delivery has occurred.
When do I need to place my order by?
To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order in advance where possible.
I need to cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. Failure to receive 24 hours notice for cancellation will result in a 25% fee.
For bulk orders of $500 or more, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee due to costs incurred in the purchase and preparation of the order.
Why is the delivery date I want not available?
If a date is not showing on the drop down delivery date menu, this means there are no more places left as orders have become full for that particular day. We suggest ordering in advance if possible!

Will the tax invoice be included with my delivery?
No, we do not include the tax invoice/receipt with deliveries. These are provided by email at the time of purchase.
What happens if no one is home?
If no one is home when the delivery occurs, the donuts will be wrapped in cling wrap and left in a safe place, usually near the front door. If we do not have permission to leave the goods unattended, you MUST advise us by email prior to your delivery.
How should I store my donuts? Do they need to be refrigerated?
The donuts don't need to be refrigerated, room temperature is recommended. Direct heat should be avoided. We recommend keeping them in the box they arrive in! Alternatively, pop them into an air tight container.
Are your donuts gluten-free or dairy-free?
I have a nut allergy, can I eat your donuts?
No, we do not recommend that anyone with a nut allergy consume any Ahhh, Donuts products. We use Nutella, Ferrero Rocher and Peanut Butter on some of our donuts, which contain hazelnuts and peanuts. We also use Cadbury chocolate in our ganache topping, which may contain traces of peanut and tree nut.
Our donuts contain milk, wheat and soy. Some toppings contain hazelnuts and peanuts.
How long do your donuts last and how do I store them?
We always recommend eating our donuts the day of delivery, which is when they are at their best! However, if a few manage to avoid your tummy, they can be eaten up to 2 days later. Just make sure you store them at room temperature in the provided boxes.
Can you provide nutritional information and an ingredient list?
Yes, of course! All boxes are labelled with this information. We can also email these to you on request.
Do you do corporate, custom or wedding donuts?
Yes, absolutely! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you're after.
What happens if the wrong address is provided?
If the incorrect address is supplied and you wish to re-deliver to a new address a re-delivery fee will apply and is subject to availability. Please be very carful when listing the shipping address to avoid any issues.
