Do you have a store?
No, we bring the store to you by delivering straight to your door!

Where are you located?
Melbourne.

What days do you deliver?
Tuesday to Saturday.

What times do you deliver?
Deliveries are generally completed between 9am and 2pm.

How do I know when my order has been delivered?
You will either receive an email from Go People with tracking or a delivery confirmation from us once the delivery has occurred.

When do I need to place my order by?
To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order in advance where possible. 

I need to cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. Failure to receive 24 hours notice for cancellation will result in a 25% fee.
For bulk orders of $500 or more, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee due to costs incurred in the purchase and preparation of the order.

Why is the delivery date I want not available?
If a date is not showing on the drop down delivery date menu, this means there are no more places left as orders have become full for that particular day. We suggest ordering in advance if possible!

Will the tax invoice be included with my delivery?
No, we do not include the tax invoice/receipt with deliveries. These are provided by email at the time of purchase.

What happens if no one is home?
If no one is home when the delivery occurs, the donut box will be placed in a plastic sleeve and left in a safe place, usually near the front door. We do not accept responsibility for the donuts once they have been left. If you're not sure whether the recipient will be home, we recommend delivering to their workplace.

How should I store my donuts? Do they need to be refrigerated?
The donuts don't need to be refrigerated, room temperature is recommended. Direct heat should be avoided. We recommend keeping them in the box they arrive in!

Are your donuts gluten-free or dairy-free?
Unfortunately no.

I have a nut allergy, can I eat your donuts?
Our current menu does not contain nuts. Some of the ingredients used may contain traces.

Allergens?
Our donuts contain milk, wheat and soy.

How long do your donuts last and how do I store them?
We always recommend eating our donuts the day of delivery, which is when they are at their best! However, if a few manage to avoid your tummy, they can be eaten up to 2 days later. Just make sure you store them at room temperature in the provided boxes.

Can you provide nutritional information and an ingredient list?
Yes, of course! All boxes are labelled with this information. We can also email these to you on request.

What happens if the wrong address is provided?

If the incorrect address is supplied and you wish to re-deliver to a new address a re-delivery fee will apply and is subject to availability. Please be very carful when listing the shipping address to avoid any issues.
